11. Christmas at Kew
Lush plants, ethereal greenhouses, and a multitude of twinkling lights await you in this place. Kew Gardens are a must-see in London, whatever the time of year. At Christmas, however, the place transforms into a festive paradise.
The event will be in its 11th year in 2023, and it will probably be as great as the 2022 event. The main attraction of Christmas at Kew is the festive light trail, which combines thousands of twinkling lights with music, fire shows, and mesmerizing illuminations.
12. Christmas Spirit Fair
Want to immerse yourself in the festive atmosphere a little early? Get your shopping done well in advance with a visit to the Christmas Spirit Fair.
This three-day event takes place in late October or early November at Olympia London and is always a memorable experience. There is an entry fee (prices start at £22), but it’s worth it as you’ll have access to over 700 stands from independent and well-known brands.
If shopping makes you hungry, you will be spoiled with delicious treats. Browse the stalls selling festive snacks or book a table at the Spirit of Christmas restaurant for a sumptuous multi-course meal.
You’ll also have access to dozens of creative workshops, demonstrations, and tastings, as well as incredible live music.
